Inclusion into the Fisher's Peak Fire Protection District

The petition is on this web site in three pieces: the petition text and two signature pages.  To make it better for printing, it will open in a separate browser window without the menu items on the left side.  Open (by clicking below) each portion of the petition.  Once opened, use your browser's PRINT function.  (After printing the page, you may close that browser window.) All three pieces are needed.

The Petition Text This contains the petition language.  This should be mailed with the two signature pages (printed separately). 
Signature Page 1 This contains the first signature page.  This should be mailed with the petition text and the other signature page.
Signature Page 2 This contains the second signature page.  This should be mailed with the petition text and the other signature page.
