SFTR Forum Is Live

"TheForum"

We are excited to announce that the new Santa Fe Trail Ranch Forum (called TheForum) is live and available to Property Owners (only). This Forum was written from the ground up to specifically address the needs and wants expressed by many of you. We sincerely hope you will take the time to review this new forum and creat a post or comment.

To access TheForum simply login and go to the Owners menu and select the menu item :SFTR Forum". To access the SMS Text Alert system and to Opt-in go to your Forum Profile or once in the forum look for the Profile button or listing and then you will see a section with your Forum Profile titled "SMS Alert Opt-In". Instructions for Opting-In are on the forum page itself.

SFTR Adopted Budget 2026

The below link will bring you to the "adopted" budget for the SFTR POA for 2026. The State of Colorado uses the term "adopted" as the precursor to the "approved" which will happen during our December Board Meeting on the 6th. Think of the "adopted" budget as a draft pending final approval. Sharing this adopted budget with you affords you the opportunity to share any concerns or voice any questions prior to the vote of the Board.
