On 13 and 20 April the SFTR Governance Document Review Committee held Owner’s Education sessions to explain and discuss the proposed changes to our Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs) in preparation to the June 1st vote. Although both sessions received positive and appreciative comments, the proposed paragraph 5.1 of the CCRs and associated Ballot Measure #2 received concerns from owners in both sessions. Specifically, members stated that the proposed addition to the CCRs and ballot measure placed unreasonable responsibilities on property owners.
We heard your concerns and have re-worded paragraph 5.1 and the ballot measure in question. We hope that you find the new wording diminishes any angst you may have.

As a reminder, ballots with instructions will be mailed out to property owners on May 2nd and must be received by the SFTR POA Business Office by 9:00 on June 1st, 2024.
