Weed Out meeting for all owners

Notice to all SFTR Owners. Weeds are coming. Bill Latham has spray to give out for the Adopt-a-Road program and Common Areas. A short Weed-Out Meeting will be held at the MOC on Friday, May 10th at 10 am. Please contact Bill Latham at 619-884-7682 to return any empty bottles from years past. Thank You.

Cattle Grazing 2024

The Rancher, Justin Mafespini, will be begin bringing cattle this Friday and Saturday, May 3-4. Please see the article on the first page of the website for more information about our free range cattle grazing, written by Claudia Henning.

UPDATED CCRs and BALLOT MEASURES

On 13 and 20 April the SFTR Governance Document Review Committee held Owner’s Education sessions to explain and discuss the proposed changes to our Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs) in preparation to the June 1st vote.  Although both sessions received positive and appreciative comments, the proposed paragraph 5.1 of the CCRs and associated Ballot Measure #2 received concerns from owners in both sessions.  Specific

In accordance with The Santa Fe Trail Ranch Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs), 6 June 2017, Article III, paragraph 3.4.1.2, the Property Owner’s Association (POA) Board of Directors has called for a Special Owner’s Meeting for the purpose of accepting voting ballots concerning the proposed updates and changes to the CCRs cited above.
