A question was raised as to when the amendments to the By-Laws would go into effect, if and when they are approved at the Annual Owner’s Meeting. 

Under the currently existing By-laws and CCRs, amendments that are voted on by the Owners go into effect after the votes are tallied at the Annual Owners Meeting.  Therefore, the Amendments, if passed, will go into effect at the end of the meeting on October 5, 2024.

In addition, a question was raised as to whether or not the ballot measures affect the current board of directors’ nominations and voting for the October 5, 2024, Annual Owners’ Meeting.

The answer is no.  The current nomination process and voting for the board nominees is being done under the existing By-Laws, which do not include any of the proposed ballot measures.
